You play a big role in shaping a thriving workplace culture across three iconic Accor brands. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and support the precinct’s T&C operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance Drive employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives Coach and support leaders in performance management, development, and succession planning Manage employee relations, WHS coordination, and return-to-work processes Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention, engagement, and performance Represent the precinct in regional T&C meetings and contribute to Accor-wide initiatives Ensure all HR documentation, systems, and processes are accurate and compliant
